About Company Cash

Company Cash is an Australian business lender. We fund trading companies in two ways: on their cash flow, using unsecured loans and lines of credit sized on the money moving through their accounts, and against property, using first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans over residential or commercial real estate.

Having both under one roof matters. A lender that only sells one product will tell you that product is the answer. We'd rather look at your company first and then pick the structure, whether that's an unsecured facility, a property-secured loan or a sensible mix of the two.

Who we help

Mostly small and medium Australian companies: trades and construction businesses, cafés and restaurants, retailers, transport operators, clinics, professional firms, online stores, wholesalers and manufacturers. Some come to us first. Many come after their bank has said no, often for reasons that have little to do with whether the business is any good. Short trading history, a credit mark from a rough patch, an ATO payment plan or a deadline measured in days rather than weeks can all fall outside a bank's policy.

We think banks do a fine job for the companies they're built for. We're built for the rest, and for owners who simply want an answer quickly from someone who understands both lending models.

How we work

• No credit check to ask. Enquiring is free and doesn't touch your credit file. A check only happens once you've seen your options and chosen to apply.
• Your file stays with us. We don't sell enquiries or send them across a long list of lenders. The person who reads your enquiry is the person who works on it.
• Lender's-eye honesty. We tell you how a credit assessor will read your bank statements, your property and your history, including the parts that might count against you, so there are no surprises later.
• Costs in writing. Every loan is priced on the company's circumstances, so we don't publish rates. You see the total cost and every fee in writing before you sign anything.
