Australian business lender
Business loans for companies, on cash flow or property
Some companies borrow on the money moving through their account. Others borrow against property. Company Cash does both, so you get the structure that suits your company, not the only one a lender happens to sell.
- $5k – $5m
- No credit check to enquire
- Bad credit and ATO debt considered
Cash flow lending
Unsecured loans and lines of credit, typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
Property-secured lending
First mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans from $20,000 to $5,000,000 over residential or commercial property.
A real person on your file
One team reads your enquiry, explains what a credit assessor will see and stays with you to settlement.
Two ways to fund a company
Which door is wider for your company?
Lenders size business loans in one of two ways. Knowing which one fits saves weeks of applying in the wrong place.
| Cash flow lending | Property-secured lending | |
|---|---|---|
| What the lender relies on | Turnover and the pattern of your bank statements | The value of residential or commercial property |
| Typical amounts | $5,000 to $500,000 | $20,000 to $5,000,000 |
| Property needed? | No | Yes, owned by the company, a director or a guarantor |
| Credit history | Recent conduct matters a lot | More flexible when equity is strong |
| Usual terms | Shorter, with daily, weekly or monthly repayments | Short-term bridging through to multi-year terms |
| Best for | Working capital, stock, wages, smaller equipment | Larger amounts, tax debts, purchases, difficult files |
Been to your bank?
Banks are great. Until your company doesn't fit the box.
Australia's banks lend enormous amounts to business, and for a company with long trading history, clean credit and plenty of time, they're often the right first call. But a bank's credit policy is built for the typical file. Short trading history, a past default, a payment plan with the ATO, an industry the bank is cautious about or a deadline that's days away rather than weeks can all mean a polite no.
That's where a specialist lender earns its place. We look at the whole company, including property you can offer, rather than ticking boxes. If your bank has said no, you're in the right place to find out what else is possible.

Cash flow loans
Borrow on what your company earns
No property? A trading company can still borrow against the money moving through its bank account. Here's how cash flow lending works, what each product does, and how lenders size it.

Common questions
What is Company Cash?
Company Cash is an Australian business lender. We fund companies in two ways: on their cash flow, with unsecured loans and lines of credit sized on turnover, or against property, with first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans. Every enquiry is read and worked on by a real person.
How much can a company borrow?
Unsecured and cash flow options typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements. Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000 over residential or commercial property. The right figure depends on your deposits, your property and what the money is for.
Will enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There is no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check only happens once you've seen your options and decided to go ahead with an application.
My bank said no. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Banks do a great job for companies that fit their criteria, but they decline plenty of sound businesses over short trading history, credit marks, ATO debt or tight timeframes. We assess the whole picture, including property security, rather than a checklist.
Do you consider bad credit or ATO debt?
Yes, case by case. Past credit issues and tax debt don't automatically rule a company out, especially where property is available as security or the account shows a clear recovery. Tell us upfront so we can match you properly.
What do I need to apply?
To enquire, just the basics: what you need, what it's for, your trading history and any property you could offer. For a full application, lenders usually ask for recent business bank statements, ID, your ABN or ACN and, for secured loans, property details.
Do you send my details to lots of lenders?
No. We don't spray enquiries across a panel or sell leads. The person who reads your enquiry is the person who works on it with you.
What can the money be used for?
Any genuine business purpose: working capital, stock, equipment, wages, tax bills, expansion, buying a business, refinancing expensive debt or bridging a gap while a sale or contract settles. Our loans are for business purposes only.
